This weekend, I took D to the coffee shop. I had a coffee, she had a hot chocolate. I brought a little chess set and we played a few games together. It was a lovely afternoon.

26 Years
It’s been 26 years since Dad died. It’s also 20 years since the first time I marked the day in some form of online communication that is still around.

9/11
Today will always be a day of remembering. Not only of the over 2,000 people killed, but a way of life. It marked the beginning of security everywhere for everyone in my mind.

Evernote apparently has a feature called “Work Chat” where, I guess, you can chat with people through Evernote. I only learned of this when they messaged me through it tell me they are getting rid of Work Chat.

I started toying with Calckey around the time they rebranded to Firefish. At the same time, my Mastodon instance and it seems to no longer to be able to communicate with each other. I want to figure it out but it also makes me wonder if I should invest in something else not mine or…
